Mohabir Capadulla is a powerful medicinal vine native to the deep rainforests of Guyana and the Amazon basin. Known colloquially as the "Potency Vine," it is a thick, woody liana harvested for its bark and inner heartwood. In Caribbean ethnobotany, it is one of the most respected "man-building" botanicals, prized for centuries for its ability to restore physical strength and vitality.

Flavor Profile Capadulla has a deeply woody, earthy, and robust flavor. When boiled, it produces a rich, reddish-brown tea that tastes similar to a very strong, unsweetened black tea but with a distinct "forest" musk and a slightly astringent (dry) finish on the tongue.

Typical Use It is primarily used to create a concentrated herbal decoction. Because the vine is so dense, it cannot simply be steeped; the pieces must be boiled vigorously in water to extract the active alkaloids and tannins.
